• All kitchen and home wares are dishwasher safe. We recommend washing them on the top rack of the dishwasher.
• To increase the lifespan of your piece, handwash when possible
• Avoid extreme temperature changes to prevent cracking and thermal shock. For example, if your mug is cold, fill it with warm water before adding boiling coffee or tea.

• We offer a wide-range of made-to-order options on the site. These are semi-custom pieces where you can select the size, shape, glaze, and clay of your piece.
• We are open to fully custom orders but assess these on a case-by-case basis.

• Due to the fascist government is the US and the tariff nonsense, we currently only ship within the US. Apologies that we're not shipping worldwide at this time, and sorry for our shitty government. We did not vote for him and we do not support his regime.
• Standard orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days.
• Sound Ceramics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
• If you purchase multiple items across separate orders, we will do our best to combine orders and refund shipping overages. We may decide to ship in more than one box to ensure they are packaged properly and prevent damages. 
• All shipping is paid for by customers unless otherwise noted.

• Shipping: We do not accept returns or exchanges. Pottery is fragile and is tricky to ship. We do our best to get pieces to you safe and sound but we cannot guarantee that pieces are shipped back as carefully wrapped to prevent breakage.
• Market Pickup: If you have purchased your piece at one of our markets in person, please email us at info@soundceramics.com to discuss a potential return or exchange.
